We believe every woman deserves to feel the joy of riding a wave.
Our Story
Surfing has always had an access problem for women. Not because women can't surf — but because the surf world wasn't built with women in mind. The content is often intimidating, the language assumes you grew up on the beach, and the culture can feel exclusive.
She Rips was created to change that. We built a surf education platform that's welcoming, practical, and honest. One that meets you wherever you are — whether you've never touched a surfboard or you surfed once a decade ago and want to try again.
"The best surfer in the water is the one having the most fun."
Our courses are designed by real surfers who remember exactly what it felt like to be a beginner. We focus on building confidence, not performance. We celebrate wipeouts alongside wins. And we never, ever take ourselves too seriously.
What We Believe
Confident, never aggressive. We build you up without pushing you into anything you're not ready for.
Every woman, every level, every body type. If you want to surf, you belong here. Full stop.
Fear, wipeouts, and all. We don't pretend surfing is easy. We just make it less intimidating.
How We Teach
Short, focused content you can watch in a lunch break. No 45-minute lectures.
Different centre of gravity, different concerns, different experiences. Our content reflects that.
We celebrate every small win. Stood up for two seconds? That counts. Ate sand gracefully? Also counts.
No gatekeeping, no jargon, no pretending you need a $800 board. Just real advice that works.
